Who can participate in the motivation program?
The program is open to sellers from any retail outlets that carry brand products.
How to earn points?
Points are awarded for fulfilling the program's conditions:
- for selling BRAND products;
- LIST OTHER MECHANICS FOR WHICH THE SELLER WILL RECEIVE POINTS.

Accumulated points can be withdrawn to a card, exchanged for electronic certificates, and other prizes. View available options in the Prize Shop.
Why is the receipt taking so long to check?
Typically, receipts are verified within 1 minute. If the verification takes longer, the receipt has most likely not yet appeared in the local tax authority’s database or has been sent for manual review.
Check whether the receipt appears in your local tax authority’s official mobile app or online service.
If the receipt is not displayed in the system, check the following:
- Whether the merchant’s fiscal system or receipt transmission module is operating correctly;
- Whether the cash register or payment terminal has a stable internet connection.
If the receipt is displayed in the tax authority’s system, please wait for the verification to be completed. Manual review may take up to 3 business days.
Why was the receipt rejected?
Check whether the receipt appears in your local tax authority’s official mobile app or online service.
If you registered the receipt manually, an error may have occurred. Try submitting it again using the QR code scanner instead of entering the data manually — this helps prevent mistakes.
Make sure the receipt meets the program’s requirements:
- The receipt includes the required product;
- The product name contains all necessary details (e.g., brand and model) and is spelled correctly;
- The product quantity and cost comply with the program rules;
- The receipt date meets the program rules;
- The product includes the required digital marking or identification code (if applicable).
If the product must include a digital marking or identification code, ensure that it is present and valid in the tax authority’s official system.
What should I do if receipts are no longer being accepted?
How quickly are funds transferred to a bank card or processed through other available payment methods?
After submitting a withdrawal request, the transfer is typically processed within 3 business days.
In some cases, the processing time may be extended to 10 business days due to high load on payment systems or additional verification procedures.
Can my points expire?
The Organizer reserves the right to annul a participant's results for:
- FAILURE TO MEET SALES TARGETS FOR 2 OR MORE CONSECUTIVE MONTHS;
- Violation of the program rules;
- Providing false data, failure to comply with the program organizer's requirements, and engaging in actions contrary to the principles of fair competition.
Why is my account under review?
We ensure that bonuses go to conscientious program participants, not to malicious actors.
To this end, selective account checks are conducted.
During the review period, point withdrawals may be restricted. If you are participating in good faith and not violating the program rules, simply wait for the review to complete.
The account review may take up to 5 business days.
